Maintenance Policy
A reoccurring maintenance window is scheduled two times weekly on Tuesday and Thursday for improving and optimizing our service. While the performed tasks are not expected to impact the service in any way, the maintenance time will be regionalized to be least impactful for each region. Admin or end-user impacting service updates are not part of this general maintenance and will be stated explicitly including more precise information about the maintenance window, i.e. start and end time.

Incident #50091: Johannesburg - Service Degradation
Service not fully available. All traffic has been rerouted and no customer impact expected.

Incident #50079: Mumbai - Service Degradation
Mumbai micro pops are experienced service degradation due to packet loss. We have re-routed all customer traffic to next closes geo pop. There is no impact of customer traffic at this point.

Incident #50077: Mumbai - Service Degradation
Mumbai Micro POP service degradation due to packet loss. All customer traffic should be re-routed to next closest geo pop. No service impact at this point for any production/customer traffic.

Incident #50078: Hongkong - Service Degradation
HongKong micro POP experienced service degradation during 29/Dec 14:00 - 14:35 UTC.

We have re-routed all customer traffic to the nearest closest geo pop. There should not be any major impact to production traffic of customer.

Presently HKG micro pop is working perfectly with legitimate performance for last few hours.

Incident #50076: Sao Paulo - Service Degradation
Sao Paulo Micro POP experienced some high latency and reachablity issues to some external netblocks.

There could be some traffic experienced minor latency during this window which ever web traffic used this micro pop. Presently node looks back to service and working with normal performance.

Incident #50074: New York - Service Degradation
NewYork Peering POP Experienced some intermittent network reach ability issue during this time interval 28/Dec/2017 02:20am - 03:20am (UTC). Not a complete outage, but intermittent network disruption to/from this NY PPOP. During those interval customer traffic would have experienced a minor glitch two to three times. Presently No Customer traffic impacted at this point and nodes are running in production serving traffic.

Incident #50075: Mumbai - Service Degradation
Mumbai POP experienced a brief two minutes network disruption during 27/Dec 16:57 - 16:59pm (UTC). Customer traffic at this two mins would have experienced a minor glitch/disruption on this pop. Post that for last 15+ hours all works clean and no impact at this point.

Incident #50073: Johannesburg - Service Degradation
Johannesburg (Micro POP 260 - 129.232.226.2 /261 - 129.232.225.234) experiencing packet loss - (moved this nodes into maintenance now).

No service impact and all customer traffic should be re-routed from this pop to next geo closest POP.
