Maintenance Policy
A reoccurring maintenance window is scheduled two times weekly on Tuesday and Thursday for improving and optimizing our service. While the performed tasks are not expected to impact the service in any way, the maintenance time will be regionalized to be least impactful for each region. Admin or end-user impacting service updates are not part of this general maintenance and will be stated explicitly including more precise information about the maintenance window, i.e. start and end time.

Web Gateway Cloud Service dashboards and reports in ePolicy Orchestrator Cloud will be unavailable and show no data.
Customers will be unable to login to Control Console to undertake any administrative tasks, change policies, or view forensic logs.
MWG Hybrid customers will be unable to change cloud policies during this time. Any local changes to the policy will be delayed in syncing to the cloud.
Any access to reporting in the cloud will also be blocked during this outage.

The core services in the backend for Web Protection / Web Gateway Cloud Service remain available, all end-user traffic will be processed by proxy filtering and reporting/forensic will continue to log web activity.
